“Women Town Clerks of Vermont: Reflections on Democracy” is a project created by Sandra Elkin to foster awareness of local government and the threats to democracy. It is her vision to collaborate to bring exhibitions of this work to public spaces such as: libraries, town halls, municipal buildings and state capitals.
